I love coaching people to  be at their best. LIfe can be overwhelming so So whether your challenges are personal, relate to family home or friendships or work related I am here to help you find your way.

In the workplace I have 30 plus years of coaching and developing individuals and I am delighted to be able to share that experience to you.

I have coached and supported many  people in a wide variety of roles at all stages of their careers. From nurses and midwifes IT and Finance to Admin, senior managers and Directors among others. I have  many to identify their goals, rethink their options or find a way through problems or challenges.

Personally I have worked as an Advanced Clinical practitioner and  in a variety of Senior Management and Board level roles. I have led teams in Administration, IT, hospitality, maintenance and education as well as multi-professional clinical teams and I have been involved in leading many multifaceted projects and  developments.   

In addition I am well used to juggling work life balance and have personal understanding of the challenges of caring responsibilities be it babies, children, older family members or those with health challenges or disability and have combined this with coaching principles and tools. 

In short I am an experienced coach with  time to listen to your issues and help you identify a plan to reach your goals.
